ITS SOOOO FLLLLLUUUUUUUUUUFFFFFFFFFYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!

Ok, so my title for this blog has absolutely nothing to do with what I'm going to write about lol.. I'm not sure what is up with me tonight. Last night I felt like I had been run over by a mac truck. I thought I was coming down with the flu because my body ached all over, I was running a fever, I was coughing nasty junk up and my nose was literally running off my face lol. Tonight however I'm not sure what happened. It was like I got knocked in the head with an energy bat. I can't sit still, I've cleaned my room, done my laundry, read in my book, downloaded a bunch of really cool apps on my phone and now I'm getting one of my blogs done for the week lol. I wish I had this kind of energy all of the time because it is awesome. I feel like this whole year has been moving in slow motion for me. I never have energy, I'm always tired, and I just can't get motivated to do anything! But oh no not tonight thank god lol... I love this feeling of having energy I just wanna like go work out or something I feel so good lol... and if you are unsure where my title came from its from the movie Despicable Me lol

Bubbafest!!!

This weekend was so freaking amazing. It started out really slow, Friday I didn't really do anything. Saturday I went to this training class for work that was supposed to be 6 hours, from like 9-3, but it only ended up being 3 hours. And did I mention she still gave us credit for the 6 hours, AMAZING lol. Then I went to a coworker's baby shower, which wasn't exactly super exciting. We're not super close but I went with some girls from work and we had a good time. Then came the amazing part of my weekend. I got to go to BUBBAFEST!!!!!!

For those of you that aren't familiar with Bubbafest, its held on like 300 acres of private property and its just a gigantic all weekend long trailriding event. People come from all over Kentucky Ohio and Indiana just to trail ride on this piece of land. The guy who holds it has conscession stands and a dj and events with different obstacles. The most popular event is the mud bog. It is crazy, I've been going for the past 5 years and I've literally never seen this ravine dried up. It is just thick nasty mud. The goal of this task is to get your trail rider from one end of the ravine to the other and get it out without breaking anything or getting stuck. It sounds so simple but if you've ever seen it or actually been a part of it, its anything but simple.

I was so excited to go this year, I didn't think me and my boyfriend were going to be able to. But when he got tickets I almost screamed I was so excited. I may not look like it in class but I love to get muddy and dirty and beat the crap out of trail riders. The muddier the better. There was a downside to last night though. As we were standing around in the garage watching everyone fix things, the paramedics were called. Apparently a girl was riding on a quad without a helmet and fell off. She wasn't hurt badly but she did have a cut on her forehead.

Some time passed and we were still waiting for everyone to get their stuff ready to go and the paramedics came by again. Someone else had gotten hurt. From what I heard, a guy a flipped on a hill with his girlfriend in the passenger seat and she was unconcsious. When she woke up she was bleeding from the head so they called the paramedics.

I know it sucks for both of those girls but when you go to something like this you HAVE to be safe. You HAVE to wear your helmet and safety harnesses and seatbelts and whatever else you have to keep yourself safe. Its only fun if you live through it. No one is going to think your stupid for wanting to stay alive.

Well anyways besides those incidents I had a blast. The jeep my boyfriend just got wasn't exactly ready for the trails yet. It has a really bad spot on the frame in the back so we didn't go down in the woods very much and in the creek. However we did get to cruise around on the main trails and hang out around the big bonfire and have real good time with all of our friends that we haven't seen in forever! I wish Bubbafest was every weekend!!!!!!

I wish I had more interesting things to discuss than my weekend. But sadly I haven't anything exciting to discuss.

So this weekend I'm going to a training class for the daycare I work at. Its from 930 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon. The last training class I went to was supposed to last until 3 also but we got out at 1. Hopefully tomorrow will be the same way. I originally signed up for this class because I thought they were going to be working on art projects for December, I was sadly mistaken however. This workshop was for early childhood literacy and gross motor activities and music. I was super bummed out when I found out that I signed up for the wrong class. So if anyone has any really cool ideas for activities and crafts for December and winter that a two year old can do please just post something on here for me!

Anyways, I'm also going to a babyshower for one of my coworkers tomorrow afternoon. I knew I was going to get her a giftcard but when I went to pick one out I couldn't make a decision on which store, Babies "r" us or Target. I mean sure Babies "R" Us is strictly for babies, however they are EXTREMELY overpriced. Target on the other hand is reasonably priced and have a really good selection of baby items. So I finally decided on Target. I mean even if she has everything for her baby right now, she'll need clothes and baby wipes and diapers and formula. All kinds of things you don't necessarily get when you have a baby shower. I think I made the right choice lol.

Babysitting!

So I was babysitting one of my kids from daycare last night, it was interesting to say the least. I was so surprised at how this little girl was at home versus being at daycare.

When she is at daycare she is so full of energy and bouncing off the walls. When I got to her house she was sitting in her underwear watching tv with a juice box lol. I had plans to take her out like go shopping or get some junk food or take her to a playground or something but as it turns out my car battery died right before I left my house. So we were forced to stay in last night. We literally watched like 4 disney movies and the only time she moved from the couch was to go to the bathroom. When I volunteered to watch her I was not expecting a teeny tiny couch potato.

To get her off the couch we went outsid for about a half an hour while it was still light outside. We were playing with hula hoops and I was chasing her around.

It was just so crazy how the minute we were away from the tv that she was the same little girl that I see every day at work but as soon as we got in front of a tv she was like a mini zombie lol. It was just a very interesting night.

haven't been blogging in quite some time...

I haven't been blogging lately. I'm not sure why I just haven't had anything blog-worthy to write I guess. I haven't really been busy with work or anything and school is going okay I guess.

I'm babysitting tonight for one of the little girls in my class. I'm super excited to see how she acts at home versus at the daycare. She is this little tiny girl and she is one of my favorites. I know its not right to have a favorite but I do lol.

Well maybe I'll write about how it goes tomorrow, I don't know I'm just not feeling blogging right now lol.....
